The exam was\nstarted in 1999 and the aim of the exam is to encourage students to make their\ncareer in the field of research.&nbsp; The\nintention of this exam to boost students to realize their potential and to make\ntheir career in the area of basic sciences. KVPY 2019 will be held on November\n3, 2019, in the computer based test (CBT) mode. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To qualify the KVPY scholarship exam, students need to first clear the aptitude test after which they are short-listed for the interview. The final result is based on the 75% weight-age for aptitude marks and 25% weight-age for the interview marks in all the streams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exam Pattern of KVPY\nExam <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Before\nappearing in any exam it is better to understand the exam pattern and syllabus\nof the exam.
