The examination is conducted in two parts: JEE Main Paper 1 for admission to B.E.\/B.Tech programs and JEE Main Paper 2 for admission to B.Arch.\/B.Planning programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the most important aspects of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ecareerpoint.com\/JEE-Main\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JEE Main<\/a><\/strong> examination is the calculation of the scores, ranks, and percentiles. In this blog post, we will look at how these three parameters are calculated and what they mean for candidates who have appeared for the JEE Main examination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>JEE Main 2023 Marks<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The marks obtained by a candidate in the JEE Main examination are calculated based on the number of correct answers and the number of incorrect answers. Percentile scores are calculated based on the total number of candidates who appeared for the examination and the marks obtained by each candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>JEE Main 2023 Rank<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The rank of a candidate is the position of the candidate in the examination based on the marks obtained. The rank is calculated based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the examination and the number of candidates who appeared for the examination.
