About the Program
Career Point is introducing a comprehensive Faculty Development Program (FDP) as part of its upcoming expansion in JEE and NEET coaching. The objective of this program is to identify skilled graduates and professionals and train them to become highly competent faculty members.
Through structured training, mentorship, and continuous evaluation, the FDP prepares participants to effectively teach and guide aspiring students who are preparing for India’s leading competitive examinations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications: M.Tech / B.Tech / M.Sc / MBBS / BHMS / BAMS / BDS / M.Pharma / B.V.Sc / Ph.D
- Experience: 0–3 years of teaching or relevant professional experience.
- Performance & Placement: If your performance is found to be impressive, the organization will provide you with intensive training. Subject to the availability of a suitable vacancy during the training period, you will be considered for placement accordingly.
- Academic Requirements: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in Class X, Class XII, and UG/PG.
- Age Criteria: Candidates must be born on or after 1st January 1995.
Registration Fee
Registration Fee for Online Test: ₹200/- (Non-Refundable)
Selection Process
Step 1: Online Test
The online examination will assess:
- Fundamental subject knowledge from Classes XI & XII (Physics / Chemistry / Biology / Mathematics)
- Logical Reasoning
- English Proficiency
Step 2: Online HR Interview & Demonstration
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an HR round and a teaching demonstration interview.
Training Structure
Offline Training Duration: 2 Months
This intensive training program is designed to build strong pedagogical skills, enhance content delivery, and evaluate teaching aptitude. Final selection as a faculty at Career Point will be based on performance throughout the program.
Training Components
- Preparation
Candidates must thoroughly prepare the complete set of allotted chapters in their respective subjects. - Training by Expert Mentors
- Effective lecture delivery techniques
- Preparation of structured and systematic teaching notes
- Designing high-quality, concept-oriented questions to strengthen the analytical skills of students
- Activities and Evaluations
- Model Lecture: You are required to deliver a model lecture on the topics prepared to the management.
- Weekly Tests: Regular assessments based on topics covered.
- Final Assessment: On the concluding day, candidates will deliver a final model lecture followed by a written test.
- Result & Review
Performance will be evaluated based on teaching quality, subject knowledge, communication skills, and consistency during the training period. - Final Interview
Candidates who meet the required performance standards will appear for a final interview with the Academic Director of Career Point.Successful candidates will be considered for faculty appointment. - Performance Management
During the training programme we expect a higher performance standard from the faculty members. Candidates not meeting the performance criteria during the training may be asked to discontinue the program. - Certification
Participants who successfully complete all requirements of the FDP will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. - Final Placement
Posting will be based on performance during training and availability of vacancies at CP Branches, Franchises, SIP centers, or Online Divisions.A one-year service agreement will be executed upon selection.If no vacancy is available at the time of training completion, the candidate’s profile will be retained in our active database, and placement will be offered when a suitable opportunity arises.
Fee & Accommodation Details
- The final offline training at Career Point, Kota is provided free of cost for selected candidates.
- Candidates shall be responsible for making their own arrangements for accommodation, boarding,
and meals during the offline training period at Kota.
