This year it’s the turn of IIT, Delhi to conduct and, manage JEE Advanced 2020 Examinations. In addition to the JEE Advanced, IIT Delhi will also conduct the JEE Architecture Aptitude Test 2020 for architecture courses. This test will determine admissions the B.Arch programme offered at two Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee. And this year JEE AAT 2020 is scheduled on June 12.

Important note for the candidates of JEE Architecture Aptitude Test 2020

The candidates planning to pursue the B.Arch programme from IIT need to qualify JEE AAT 2020 examination mandatorily. However, the candidates must note that the admission at the IIT Roorkee and IIT Kharagpur under the architecture programme will granted on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in the JEE Advanced and not AAT 2020.

It is important to note that the concerned candidates can appear in the JEE Architecture Aptitude Test 2020 after registering separately for AAT, after the declaration of the JEE Advanced 2020 results.

As per the official website of JEE Advanced, JEE advanced results 2020 will be declared online on the 8th of June, 2020. After which, JEE AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) 2020 exams will be held on June 12.

Following which, JEE AAT 2020 results will get released on June 16, 2020, in an online format. And finally, the seat allocation process will start from the 17th of June 2020.

Schedule and timing recap for JEE Advanced examination

Since the candidates are mandatorily required to crack score well in JEE Advanced, to get enrolled in the IIT B.Arch. It is important to keep track of the Schedule and timing of JEE Advanced examination 2020, hence we have recapped it below.

  • IIT Delhi will organize JEE Advanced examination on May 17, 2019, in 2 sessions.
  • In the first session, Paper 1 of the JEE Advanced 2020 will be organized from 9 AM to 12 PM
  • In the second session, Paper 2 of the JEE Advanced 2020 will be held from 2: 30 PM to 5: 30 PM.
