As a NEET aspirant, you must be knowing the changes made recently in the premedical entrance examinations in India. So if you want to get admission in the undergraduate courses in government or private medical colleges of India including institutions like JIPMER and AIIMS. Then you must qualify NEET, that too with good score in upcoming NEET 2020. For which you need to concentrate on your studies. Therefore, we are listing below few tips to improve your concentration level for NEET preparation. 

Cutoff all the distractions

The student of NEET should choose a quiet place to turn it into their study place. A place away from any kind of distractions, additionally, they should also keep aside all personal sources of distractions, like mobile phones, other electronic gadgets etc.

Since it’s not the quantity of time that will matter in your NEET preparation it would be the quality hours. So it’s better to devote four to five hours of distraction-less studies instead of distraction full study throughout the day.

Take regular breaks

It has been proven through psychological studies that long study hours do no good for the learning of the students. Instead, it deteriorates the concentration level, ultimately wasting the time put in long study hours. Hence it is recommended that students should take frequent breaks during their study sessions.

As this will lighten up help and help concentrate on their studies in a better way. For instance, you can immerse yourself in continues study for 45 minutes followed by a five minutes break. 

After you complete three to four round of 45-minute study you should take 15-20 minute breaks. It will help you get re-energize and increase your concentration level.

Bodily care through healthy eating aided with regular exercise

Healthy eating and getting your body detoxified through regular exercises will help you concentrate on your studies better.

Thus the students should include the foods that boost the concentration level, green leafy veggies, raw fruits, fibrous grains, and fish if you eat non-vegetarian food. These are the foods that will help you in increasing your concentration level. Moreover follow a proper water intake of water every day, to help you remain active.

Also, regular exercise will help to release toxins that our body creates on a regular basis as part of bodily function. If these toxins keep storing in our body then it will surely make you lethargic and reduce your concentration span. Thus an hour of regular exercise in the form of cycling, jogging or little aerobics will do the needful.
